What to expect when you move in

Arrival
Staff at Serenity Housing Support will assist you with moving in, unpacking, arranging your bedroom, showing you around your new home and introducing you to other residents.
Starter Pack
You will be provided with a starter pack, which includes bedding, cutlery and utensils. We also hold house meetings where everyone is able to come together to introduce themselves in order to provide a more comfortable, homely environment.
Health and Safety
You will be shown how to use all the facilities in the building and will be given details on who to contact if you have any issues or questions. Serenity Housing Support will conduct a thorough health and safety induction, where you will be made aware of all emergency exit routes and fire assembly points.

Safe and Secure Home Environment
we provide a comprehensive support system to meet the emotional needs of our tenants as well as to swiftly identify issues and challenges, ensuring help is provided with precision and care.
Your Key Worker will meet with you weekly to discuss your requirements and to work towards your individual targets and aspirations. You choose the pace you work at, as your comfort is our priority, all you need to do is agree to small achievable steps whilst we take your views, opinions and ideas into consideration.
Where necessary, we also provide accurate referrals to appropriate agencies who can provide more specialist support, which our tenants may benefit from.
